LYSISTRATA: The Sipa!

WE DID IT.

After two months of gruelling (to the point of nearly ending a few friendships) rehearsals, we have pretty successfully adapted a play! We had our first show last night, and preshow jitters nearly killed us (or, at least, nearly caused us to do the show with giant pee stains because we were SO SCARED), but we got through it.

The audience LOVED it. They laughed in all the right places and more. They clapped within the first 30 seconds. Visually, it's a good looking show.

I'm proud of us. I'm so pleased it's nearly over, and I'm sad not more people got to see it.
